Working with words
I am a qualified information management professional with over 25 years of experience in website and document proofreading, collaborative writing and content management.
I have a New Zealand Institute of Business Studies Diploma in Proofreading and Editing. I also have qualifications in teaching, library studies and an MBA specialising in strategy.
Over the last ten years I worked within the geospatial sector with a particular interest in strategic direction and emerging technologies.
I have always enjoyed working with words whether writing or reading. I have written many types of documents including reports, memos, business cases and website content. During my years as a corporate special librarian, I set specific standards for referencing, and I undertook proofreading of corporate and scientific technical reports.

The NZ Oxford Dictionary defines "worth it' as "worth the time or effort spent". When people spend time and effort in the service of other people and creation, the servers themselves could be understood as "worth it" in the sense that they have spent their whole being in such service.
